What is the She Walks Challenge?

The She Walks Challenge is a fun and motivating event designed to encourage participants of all fitness levels to engage in regular walking to improve their health and wellness.

Led by health professionals, this challenge allows participants to set personal goals, track their progress, and connect with a supportive community.

How do I register for the challenge?

Registration is easy! Click one of our buttons on this page and follow the prompts to enter your information and confirm your participation.

What are the dates for the challenge?

The She Walks Challenge kicks off on January 1, 2026 and runs for 30 days. You can purchase a pre-registration ticket at the end of the October 2025 Walk Challenge no later than November 7, 2025, or a regular ticket by December 31, 2025. See above for the differences.

Are there any prizes or incentives to participate?

Yes! All registered participants can win a variety of prizes, including a mid-month prize, a Grand Cash Prize or a Runner Up Prize. Our Grand Cash Prizes have ranged from $250-$600 depending on the number of ladies that register.

Prizes are awarded by a spin of the wheel for registered walkers.

Every registered walker has a chance to win, with the grand prize and runner up prize awarded at the end of the challenge. We do ask that walkers post no less than 15 times per month to be eligible for the Grand and Runner Up Prizes.
